1. Overview & Marketplace Scope
tryhab.it is a marketplace platform operated by Axel Systems that connects Creators (developers, founders, and teams seeking product usability testing) with Testers (individuals completing user testing missions and earning rewards for thorough feedback).
2. Creator Terms & Campaign Budgeting
- Pay-Per-Campaign: Creators define their own budget caps and price per completed test. There are no mandatory monthly subscription fees or annual lock-ins.
- Quality Refund Guarantee: If a test run fails quality verification (e.g. incomplete or spam response), the Creator is not charged and the budget is refunded or credited.
- Target Domain Testing: Creators grant permission for Testers to navigate and provide feedback on the specified URLs submitted during campaign setup.
3. Tester Terms & Payout Rules
- Honest Feedback Obligation: Testers agree to provide genuine, thoughtful, and human-generated feedback for each assigned mission.
- Payout Verification: Rewards are calculated based on feedback thoroughness and reviewed for authenticity. Payouts are handled securely via third-party marketplace payment processors (Stripe Connect).
- Anti-Fraud Policy: The use of automated bots, scripts, AI spoofing, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
4. Privacy, GDPR & Browser Extension
We prioritize user privacy. Testing sessions conducted via our Chrome Extension capture screen annotations and feedback ONLY during active, user-initiated testing missions. No sensitive personal credentials or off-mission browsing data are ever recorded or sold.
